GWB often host visitors who have traveled several hours to meet this rare dog.Our guests are always exuberantly greeted at the door by our little ones. As soon as our guests are settled into a chair or onto the couch , they are joined by one or all the dogs who immediately settle into the laps of "their company" and plant kisses on their faces. One man, visiting with his wife and daughter, grinned at me through peals of laughter and said, "You train them to do this don't you?" They had fallen in love. In the midst of our conversation, the wife mentioned that they had chatted about the probability that the dogs would not be half as beautiful as they appeared on GWB's website. To their utter delight, they declared that the girls were even more beautiful than in their photos. And so it is that to be in the presence of the Bolognese is to fall captive to their charm, their beauty, enthusiasm and sweet energy. After a session at the "beauty shop" the girl's groomer said to me, "I am so in love with this breed. Every single one of your girls has the most beautiful disposition. They have never given me one moment of trouble.To own one of these rare dogs is highly prestigious. To discover their wonderful temperament is such a joy. No wonder they were considered the greatest gift one king could give another. I can't believe I'm saying this...I raised and showed labs for years...but I'm IN LOVE with this breed...more than any other I have ever met." The magical Bolo...maker of happy homes

I was writing my book this morning and had one of my huge coffee mugs by the computer. All the Bolos were snuggling with me so the world was good. Brannoc was by my side and all of a sudden I heard this little snarfling noise. Brannie was looking at me and then shifting his gaze to the coffee mug. I didn't pay him any regard and continued typing. Within seconds there was another little snarfling noise. When I looked at him he very pointedly looked at me, then the coffee mug. On the third snarfle I gave up and went to the kitchen, fetched the teabowl, poured some tea and popped in a few ice cubes. Returned to my seat at the computer and gave my spoiled rotten Bolo his/my tea. When Amadeo tried to grab a slurp, Brannoc growled. It's HIS tea. Moxie the cat is "sniffing out" the new family addition. #2. 1 girl and 2 boys already fat at one day of age. Pictured third is Caoimhe soon after delivering her first puppy by GWB Brannoc. Amadeo, their second sire, has offered his services in cleaning the puppies. Because he has always been gentle with the babies, and oh so loving, the mothers trust him completely. #4 Caoimhe is in the first stage of labor. Beside her, guarding her tranquility is Savannah, one of the family cats. Cherry and Jimmy Carter , who live on an organic farm, introduce ground raw meat to their puppies during their 5th week. This litter was ignoring the meat so Jimmy gave them a raw bone with some meat on it. The puppies went a bit crazy with excitement and began to pull and chew on the ligaments and then the meat. This picture makes me think that I am looking at nature, as it was intended to be. The boy at the top is spoken for. On the left is the second boy and on the right is the little girl.
